I was supposed to go to a powerlifting meet yesterday but it was cancelled so my training partner decided to hold a test day at his place (Garage Ink). I ended up doing... Squat: 407 435 468.5 <- PR (452 previous best) Bench: 286.5 303 <-- PR (281 previous best) Deadlift: 407.5 455 500 <-- Missed (current PR 485) Overall a good day for me. The squat and bench were done with kilo plates in an ER Rack. The deadlift was done in pounds cause we were too lazy to use the kilo plates. I was slightly bummed about missing 500 but its definately there. I think the fact that it came up off the floor so easily took me by surprise and I stopped pulling which lead to be not being able to lock it out all the way. My next meet in in December and I'm aiming for a 500 squat/310-320 bench/500 dead. I have pics and I'll post em later tonite.. btw - I compete at 220 but I'm currently at or just below 230 at the moment.
