So I finally made some progress on my squat.. nothing spectacular by any means but i'm happy. Been cutting for the past few weeks and lost about 1lb/week so far while getting slightly stronger! This was an all time PR for me of 205x3. All past parallel. Worked up by doing 135x5, and then 185x5, ---> 205x3 Only problem is that after I did 205x3, I couldn't even get 165x4 for some reason. Too exhausted but still happy nonetheless.
