I just started a high calorie/high protein diet (4000cal/220g protein) this past monday after making the decision to focus on getting bigger as my #1 priority. I'm in the military and do assloads of pushups/pullups, however I don't gain weight. Is it unreasonable to look for a 20lb lean gain in 3 months time? I'm 23yr old, currently 5'10 140lbs. Few pics: [FONT="][/FONT] I'm looking for criticism on what parts of my body are lacking (if not the whole thing) in comparison to others. Again, is it possible to put on 20lbs of lean mass in 3 months time? No reason for the 3 months other than I want to establish a goal. I appreciate any advice/criticism.
