Just want to start off by saying I know next to nothing about nutrition. However I managed to find the following sample meal plan http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/hard-gainers.asp What do you guys think? By the way, i'm the typical skinny hard gainer (5'10" 135lbs!) I'll be hitting the gym 3 times a week. Stupid question : do I follow the above meal plan every day or only on the days I'm training? In terms of how much protein I need, i've heard it's around 1-2g per lb. What do you guys recommend? I'll obviously need to adjust the above meal plan to cater to my body weight. Your help is appreciated!!
