I too will be starting a new schedule once school starts next week. Usually I go to the gym at 3-4pm finish with cardio and am done by 5-6 pm. But now with school and a new job what is the best? The main question I have is it more efficient to work out in the morning or evening? Lifting am or pm? cardio am or pm? or both am or pm? Cause it already looks like I'm gonna have to split up my routine.
