I'm going to get a gym membership. Just for January though. Then I'm going to go twice and never again.... just like last year.
I've got a few:
1) Complete my bulk of hitting 215lbs and staying under 13%
2) Cut to 190/195 @ 8%
3) Compete in bench press and deadlift raw lifts and hold a record
4) Run a 5k with a decent time
1. 200lb at 10% bf.
2. Highbar squat 405x5.
3. Bench 275x8.
4. Maintain my 4.0.
Eat a lot of food and then do my first cut in time for summer
Quit smoking It's only 2-4 a day but i really should
1.) by march 15: 195lbs or less
2.) 4.0 my next and final semester in college
3.) 2 miles under 14 minutes
4.) by summer: squat 405
5.) by summer: bench 300
6.) Get a full time job for after I graduate!
7.) Read more fiction novels (1+ per week in addition to the other shit I read)
8.) Survive my surgery in a couple weeks
sounds good to me

I'll probably go through the whole story in my log as it gets closer
Essentially I have an overgrowth in my frontal sinus that extend my orbital bone into my eye socket and will be an issue if/when it pushes my eye out of equilibrium. This will be my 3rd surgery on it, 3rd surgeon. They need to bring in like a real big baller for this one.
So basically they "obliterate" (aka remove) my frontal sinus and part of my orbital bone, take a layer of bone from the back of my skull (or my hip bone or make it out of titanium) and recreate the frontal sinus, tweak a bone in the bridge of my nose, and remove scar tissue from behind my eye from previous surgeries.
I'd say it sounds scarier than it is. And the surgeon is really amazing and incredibly cool. He showed me videos of his recent surgeries and the results are just unreal. He said to expect almost an identical match to what I currently look like.
And he said he couldn't make me look like Brad Pitt. So I was pretty angry about that.
Hit 315lbs this year on bench. I've been stuck on 285 for the last year.
Pull 400lbs+ on DL. I hit a PR yesterday of 365 on my 6th set after pulling 335 so this should be attainable.
Squat 315 for reps - currently squatting 275 for reps
I'm 5'10, 190lbs @ 12% or so
Oh and make an effort to work my abdominals more than once every blue moon. I'm motivated everywhere else but here and I can't figure out why I don't like working them. I need better defined sex muscles
Get even more yoked.
I'm going to stop working out and get fat
forget about my ex, meet a new girl, keep my friendships intact with everyone, keep getting 'better' as a person
and get bigger, stronger, faster
Lose 10 more pounds and continue a steady gym routine
Buy a 1992 Camaro
Refinance my house
Pay off credit card debt
get my first 4.0, raise my cumulative to 3.0+
get into grad school
drop 10 lbs, maintain ~10% leanness
clean and press 225
get a good girlfriend
edit: shredded abs for summer.
Legit bench 225x5 at least
Lose enough weight to feel okay about swimming/having shirt off. I don't care about abs, I'd like to be not as fat.
Finish my car and drive it a couple times before it gets impounded for being too illegal.
Stop spending my savings and finally save at least half of the funds for my long delayed honeymoon.
Be ontime for work for a change.
That should do it for me.
