Hi guys, I have read the stickies and browsed through the archives. The problem I'm having is that it seems everything is either for bulking or cutting. I'm just looking to "maintain" if that makes any sense. I haven't started doing anything yet but I'm going to get a gym membership tomorrow and I think I have a friend who is going to start going as well, so it should be some motivation. Right now I am 5'10"-5'11" and 165 lbs and am pretty active (manual labor job.) I understand what types of foods are good/bad from reading on here...just don't know how much I should eat and how many calories as everything seems to be geared towards bulking and cutting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
