good for all around activity?
i SWEAR by nike shokes.. after my first pair i wont own another sneaker.
everyone seems to bowdown to them, they didnt work for me
is that the one thats supposed to be like running bare foot?
I've heard they can be kinda shitty for you - they need an acclimation period and shit
I've been rotating the 5.0s in with my new balances. I wouldn't use them for all-around activities until you could run very comfortably in them.
I have a pair of those and a pair of shox they arn't that great

i just got some nike free 7.0's on friday... did my first run w/ them on saturday and i must say... i fuckin' love these shoes!
I love them
yeah, they're awesome
i like Asics
Asics are the only shoe brand that I havent had shin splints from
I got the 7.0s last weekend for $60. They're awesome for lifting. Nice and low to the ground with good lateral support and just a bit of a heel.
I only wear Asics. Nike sucks, IMO.
I like them a lot, just make sure to follow the instructions and get used to them gradually. once I did this they were the most comfortable shoe i've ever worn. need to get a new pair though as they fall apart fairly quick.
I have the 7.0's too...I love them.
I wouldn't mind a pair for lifting but wouldn't want them for running. I'm a supinator so I need a lot of cushioning when I run.
I believe in cushioning for everyone, really.
what version did you have that fell apart fairly quickly? the new ones are supposed to have fixed a lot of the issues that came about with the older versions.
i'm guessing maybe the thin material along the heel came apart as well as...?
