I'm new the gym/fitness crew and I'm pretty sure the following is normal (and a good thing) but just want to make sure I've been going to the gym for about 2 months now ~ 4 times/week. I do some cardio and lifting. I"m not looking to be the next Mr. Universe but I have a layer of fat that I want to get rid of and just be in better shape. Anyway, I have no desire to drink soda or eat candy/junk food. I actually get sick when I drink a can of soda and it feels like I will throw up when I eat junk food (candy bars, potato chips, etc). Instead, I am drinking a ton of water, milk and juice and have started eating apples with a high fiber cereal for breakfast. This is normal, right?
