I am cutting now after bulking from 200 to 215lbs and a bit down on energy due to cutting down about 1,000 cals from my diet. I have been using CEE with other supplements for a while and now I am looking to take NO-explode to give me that extra energy and gym. My question is, I am 5' 9" 215 and have been taking 6g of CEE every workout day (about 5 days a week). I take 3g pre-workout and 3g post-workout. I know that NO-explode has creatine in it, so I assume I should be cutting down my CEE intake right? I am not really sure how much creatine is actually in NO-explode. What I was thinking is that take the NO-explode as pre-workout, and then take 3g of CEE post workout ONLY. What is your guy's take on the situation?
