Try to consume some dairy or cheese. I've heard that "hardens" things up.
But make sure it's not something more serious like the flu getting you.

look at the silver lining, let a little dribbler go and you'll get whatever equipment you want.
Unless it's a squat/dead day, just go.
even then, just take a good sized bucket.
