I have been an avid lifter during the summers, but once I got to college I always became lazy and rarely did. Since I graduated in December, I've started back up... and when I began, I was 180 to be exact. Now, it's April 4th and I'm only 182.5. I lift Monday-Thursday, with the occassional Friday. My weight with all sets has increased and I only do a lil cardio every other day. Daily Supplements I've been taking: -Whey -NO-Xplode -L-Lysine -Multi V -Fish Oil -Calcium-Mag-Zinc -B-12 Any reason as to why I'm not gaining any weight, but yet my weight in sets has been increasing? Also, I have gotten bigger.. but nothing drastic... thoughts?
