    i wanna say.. december/january or something? not sure. i was doin 5x5 at the time, i've bumped my reps up and lost quite a bit of strength; I doubt very strongly that I could get that up right now..no attempt at 315 :hs:

    maybe i'll switch back to a heavier rep scheme in a couple months

    put on 10-12 solid pounds and no fat by the end of the year.

    yeah, nck miz is my roomie.. the only thing that sucks is that recently he said, "you were a lot bigger when we first met" (july of last year) :hs:
