I have been not lifting recently because of a 12k I just ran which took a decent amount of my body's ability to live out, if that makes sense. Anyway I'm tired and I personally feel Im still recovering. During this period where I havent let myself go lift I feel very irritable. I feel as if I'd take a shot or go with anyone that came in my way. Is this healthy? Will this occur and be very bad one day if I try to stop? Whats going on brolys?
