whats up. i think this might be my first post in this forum. ive been around for about a year now, just never posted. thought id post up a pic and some numbers and see how im doin. this is the only pic ive got right now. only been workin out for about 2 yrs now. worked out for a year straight, had some real good gains, then went to navy bootcamp and lost a lot of it. now im finally back up to par with where i used to be. height- 5'11 weight- 208 incline bench- 100s for 6 dips- 2 45s strapped on for 5 db shoulder press- 80s for 8 squats- 315 for 6 deadlifts- 315 for 4 (just started doin em bout a month ago, so numbers are still pretty low) 9:45 - mile and a half only problem is that i only get to eat like 3-4 meals a day.
