I've read reports of customers that bought ABIT NF7-S motherboards, and having the Northbridge chipset coolers go bad on them after a few months of use. I'm not exactly sure, but I think that my Northbridge fan might be failing, but I can't quite hear the grinding that people have claimed to have--my computer just sounds a little different than it usually does. So, I suspect that I might have a failing Northbridge. If anyone could possibly tell me if I should immediately order a new Northbridge replacement, or if I'm safe sticking with the Northbridge I have for just a little bit more, it would be much appreciated. Also, if anyone could tell me about the possible consequences of a totally failed Northbridge could do to my motherboard, that would also be of great help.
