Been on Creatine for at least 2 weeks now. Been weightlifting on Chris's routine since March at least. Im actually losing weight. Today while at my physical therapy for my knee the physical therapist said Oh wow your looking alot leaner . So I'm at 162.5 and eating alot but not gaining. Could I be loosing fat and gaining muscle so the weight actually balances? Or am I doing to much cardio? My schedule now is mon-fri go to the gym on Glens routine. Mon I ride the stationary bike for 20 min and friday for 10. Every tues and thur I mountain bike up these crazy hills. I also used to take a protein shake after every work out until I ran out of it a couple days ago. My eating habits I dont really monitor. Usually I eat like 2-3 breakfeast bars a day. Steak or BBQ some milk alot of water Yogurt maybe. My eating habits are really weird because I just find something i want to eat and eat it.
