I'm 6"1'. I've gone from 156lbs to 175lbs in 5 months. I've definitely gained a lot of muscle mass and my strength has gone way up. But I don't like the body fat I've added. I've primarily used Cyotgainer to supplement my diet to get enough calories. Otherwise, I eat a lot of turkey (sliced, ground, baked, etc.), some chicken, whole grain breads, beans, beef jerky, sweet potatoes and carrots. All-in-all, on average, 3000 min. calories a day, ~200g protein, ~300+g carbs. Usually 4 meals, maybe 5. I want to keep gaining, but I want to minimize my fat gains from this point on. I know that means slower muscle gains, but I'm fine with that. What would be some good dietary changes to make? Less carbs? Muscle Milk instead of Cytogainer? I do cardio 2-3 times a week, should I change that?
