2 things happened at the gym today that confused me. 1) Friend who is much stronger than he looks (5-10, 155lbs), had 220 on the flat bench. Salesman walks up, who we know but is horribly annoying, "You've moving up into the big range now man." Friend: "huh"? Salesman: "What's keeping you from doing 225 man?" Friend: "Cause I'm doing 220 six times..." 2) I was doing incline db press, last set, trying to push out 2 more...dude walks by and runs into my dumbbell.... Interesting day. The end.
