yep. Try Jack3d or NO Shotgun. Keeps my assplosions to a minimum
no explosive activity here, using jack3d.
I still get bubble guts about 10-15 mins after chugging jack3d. After that, I'm good to go.
Shotgun is the only NO shit that makes me feel safe. I just tried NO xplode yesterday and it just burned my throat going down. fucking thing
About 25min after making this thread, i had to shit, like always. I remember when i first started taking it, drank it at 530 when i was in class so that whne i got out at 6 i would be ready to work out. 5:55 i was pretty much jogging to the bath room. Glad class got out when it did
I try to drop the kids off before I drink any NO drink. Its funny, I think the gym is another comfort place for me to poop. Its like clock work too. I get to the gym, change, poop, workout, go home, poop.......
Whats this Jack3d stuff you guys are talking about? I have never heard of it, what do you think? How are your results? How is it compared to NOxplode? Im almost out of NO and woulndt mind trying something new...
It works just like every other one. Seems to be a lot better on the stomach.

get some jack3d, you won't be disappointed. (And if you are slightly disappointed, it will only be b/c of the size/amount, not because of the products performance.)
Its not the greatest thing ever--no pre workout supp is, but i'd say it has gotten the highest percentage of everyone liking it (from this site--reputable user reviews not random strangers making wildly ambitious boasts on the products home site) of any product i have ever seen.

If you're getting explosive shits that mean you ate your preworkout food too close to the time you consumed your preworkout drink. (Usually the case with me)
its all caffeine, you guys crack me up thinking diff products have diff effects, if they do, its because they either have more or less caffeine, since pre workout supps are supposed to have caffeine, if you take one and do not get the shits, you're probably gettin ripped off
same as coffee shits, it speeds up the contractions in your intestines and you get premature bowel movements

they all have caffeine in various amounts.yeah caffeine makes you shit, so does magnesium. Each of their "proprietary blends" are different, and thats what I believe is unlocking our anal adventures.
stimulants can induce poopage, but not to this degree. jack3d never made shit and it's stimmed out.
