Nutrition Experts - Rate my day of eating

    10 AM- Protein Bar 30 gs of protein, 8 gs of fat
    11 30 AM- White Flood
    12-1 Workout
    1:05 - Protein Shake
    2 - Pasta with Tuna Mixed In
    3:30 - PB sandwich
    6:30 - Venison steak, Potato
    9 - Cottage Cheese
    12 - Cottage Cheese and PB

    Anything i need more or less of? Im not exactly sure how to deal with carbs...any tips would be helpful.

    Bulk sorry i forgot to mention that.

    This all equals about:
    125 gs of protein - roughly
    70 gs of fat

    Not sure for carbs.

    Need more protein i think...i weight 160 lbs.

    I will be buying healthier pasta, oats, and eggs this weekend. So those will all help.

    if your trying to bulk up you need a big increase in your amount of protein 125 g isnt going to cut it

    ACtually i tried Oatmeal this morning....damn what do you guys put in it? It tastes bad and feels gross in your mouth!

    I *MIGHT* include red meat if I start losing strength or size. Basically I'm shooting for consuming as little saturated fats as possible.

    But it is quite possible that I will switch one of the turkey meals for buffalo, elk, venison, horse or wapiti.

    You need to eat real food...and veggies. There are no real vitamins in that program.

    Horse meat is almost impossible to find in the US. You can go with other wild meats like elk, venison or wapiti.

    Seriously ... if you take in any veggies other than green veggies I WILL be pissed to no end... NO END. I can't even put it into words. No tomatoes, no mushroom, no carrots, nothing but greens.
