on average what would the nutritional facts be for a boiled egg w/o the yolk?
funny you posted that.
i couldn't find the nutritional fact there.
*edit: i found it
17 grams of protein?
the eggs i get only have 6 and that's the whole egg.
i haven't been able to find any egg source with more potein value per egg.
how do you boil an egg without a yolk
didn't you buy david blaine's fitness book?
Have you looked at the quantity on fitday.com? I'm not gonna look for you. Get back on fitday.com and look at how many eggs white it takes for 17 grams of protein.
Rob : You boil it and don't eat the yolk.
whoops i skipped that part.
i'm use to seeing facts in 1 per serving.
what i said basically translates to this
that's for a cup of whites
try changing the serving size
i'm still new at this fitday stuff.
got a fitday journal?
i haven't done anything major.
i'm doing something major tomorrow
how many egg whites would it take to make a cup
7-8 from a large egg
That would be 1 egg white
Why are you avoiding the yolks? They're good for you.
There should be a sticky about fitday.
yolk, to my knowledge is high in fat? no?
besides you know the only thing that's good for me is you.
Yolks are fine, really. Lots of good stuff in 'em. Only reason I would cut them out is if you're seriously dieting; then I would still leave one or two yolks in a bunch of egg whites or an omelet.
