i'm looking at pics of OD green glocks and they all looks tan....but a darker tan......
I think it looks like dark tan as well
In person the OD glocks look MUCH better than other similar shaded pistols IMO
No, it's not true OD. Closer to FDE IMO, but I like it better than other pistols with the OD scheme.
What does OD actually stand for?
even though im sure you have heard of something called Google, I'll help you out. Olive Drab
my OD Glock does match my OD 10/22 stock. but its nowhere near the same color as my magpul FDE stuff.
It's closer to Magpul FDE than it is Magpul OD.
Speaking of said forum; I still can't get on there. My fucking ISP must not recognize that it exists or something. Seems to be a DNS issue of sorts.
I've had the same problem with some sites in the past, its annoying as fuck. I've just been making do with web-based proxies like hidemyass, walk2b and such.
Here's how mine looks:
Just a function of how most cameras capture color I suppose. They always look tan-ish in pictures, but when you see them in person, they are definitely OD green.
from time to time my isp has DNS issues.
you can always use some public servers like OpenDNS when that's happening.
I owned one, its more tan than green in real life
mine is definitely green not tan.
Both pictures are the same gun, same camera, but the lighting makes a huge difference in the color in pictures though. In person my gun looks like the first picture.
Mine is kinda in between the photos above. this pic was taken with no flash, inside.
