I got some bronchaid yesterday at CVS and ordered some caffeeine pills today... but my buddy has some caffeeine pills that have been sitting in his car for almost 2 months and they are probably over a year old... they should be ok, right? If they are... I'll take half a pill of Bronchaid today and 1 200mg pill of caffeeine and take it around 4-5 and I'm going to gym at 6 to do cardio. I'll also eat around 4-5... should I take EC stack before or after?

i didnt cycle it tho, thats probably were i fucked up. 2weeks on, 1/c week off

caffeine's a serious drug
I've been doing EC for about 2 weeks now, I still feel anxious and jittery on it. I wonder when I'll get used to it.
When I did it I took it first thing in the morning then ate. I wouldn't recommend taking it for the first time before a workout.
First time I took it was before lifting...I kept losing my balance and shit because I was so jittery.
hahaha that's funny... can I take it now? I ate hour ago and I will also eat in 3 hours and then go on elliptical in 4 hours.
Honestly I'd start with a half dose unless you're insensitive to stimulants. You can take it now though, but I prefer to take it 1 hour before cardio...makes my stamina go through the roof, just don't die.
wtf is up with all these comments "don't die" i read it in other threads too...
I'm 6'0 and I'm currently at 194lbs... I used to work out 4-5 years ago religiously and I was at 175-180... in last year or two I worked out maybe 2-3 times a week with couple months off and I've been mostly at 187 but in last 4-5 months I got up to 194... I took creatine and glutamine before and tried caffeeine pill couple of times and it did make me real jittery..
Based on this, would you say I take half the pill of caffeeine and half pill of Bronchaid and take it hour before workout? Right after I eat?
You sir, have never tried AFIM/Yohimburn stack.
What about Lipo 6x? It has Yohimbine in it.
I tried Lipo 6 and didn't see or feel difference. EC stack works well enough for me to be blowing $50-$60 for a month supply of fat burners. I don't care if their burners are clinical strength either.
Hell for $50-60/month you could probably get some Mexican T3.
so what do you guys think.... I should take EC stack 12.5/200 an hour before cardio? This is my first time taking it.
