    OT HELPZ!!!

I am 4 pounds over - How can I lose the weight by not starving/dehydrating myself. I can cut weight easily, this whole actually having to diet the weight off sucks!!! Stupid weigh in rules.....

    Any idea's?

No; Instead they say go ahead cut all the weight you want. Oh by the way, you weigh in 25 seconds before you compete.... so GOOD LUCK!

So if i feel like shit cutting I compete like shit and then its a waste of money, time, and effort.

    UPDATE

    - So I entered 4 division for this tournament
    - Gi 154 and below
    - Gi open weight
    - No-Gi 149 and below
    - No-Gi open weight

HERE ARE CLIFFS - Took 3rd No-Gi open weight - details below.

    - Gi 154 and below: So for this division in the tournament I went against a kid from chechen's (gaybreed academy; I kid, I kid- newbreed)school and I have rolled with this guy before at his school and so I thought it was no biggy. Match starts he pulls guard, I grab it pant leg to pass I can do it. He now goes to close guard - gets dangerlys high with his legs, creepying up towards my shoulders. I posture up and end up standing up completely this kid now goes from close guard and gets his right leg up and over my face and moves his body to the side of me and does some wierd ass funky kamora with his hips. I tap in like 15 seconds. I was embarassed :ugh:

    - Gi open weight - 5 hours later I go against this rather big guy was about 6'2 210ish lets call him competitor "Bob". Match starts I shoot I cant finish end up pulling guard I get a couple advantages. I sink in a DEEP triangle and can't finish it for like 45 seconds, he ends up getting out and mounting me, I got chocked out from mount with like 10 seconds left. *cross hand and hand gi chock thingy* Again, quite embarassed

    - No-Gi 149 and below- Well since i was cutting so hard the day before I didn't make weight for this division. And my first match was again competitor "Joe". Well Joe makes it to finals and has to go against my teammate who is equal to me. See below for explaintion of relevance.

    - No-Gi open weight - My first match went swell, won by points contorlled the guy - yeah me now i am not 0 and 3. Well the guy that I have to wrestle next is the winner of, Competior "Bob"(the guy i lost to yesterday) and competior "Joe" (the guy i would of had first round if i had made wieght, who took second in the division) Well Joe is horrible at BJJ and just wrestled Bob too win 4-0. Joe sucks at jitz. Anyways when I face Joe he takes me down and then we scramble around I get up he takes me down again now i am thinking SHIT i need to do something. Since Joe sucks ass he just stalled in my guard for 3 mins. I FINALLY was able to triangle him in the last 30 seconds. Yeah me! now i am 2 and 3.

Well my next match is against a 245lbs(no exageration) beast of a man. Match starts I go pull a standing guard pull he slamms the shit out of me. everyone in the gym made the (OOOOOHHHH) sound . I win to Auto-DQ. Yeah me now 3-3.

So I won my 16 man bracket; now I am in quaters.

My next match I tried for anckles twice scored the other guy 4 points because they counted them as sweeps. I swept him now its 4 to 2 with a minute left. I counldn't pass his guard, So I lost.

    THE END
