I’ve only done them a handful of times. I like raids and hunting for new and shiny Pokémons.

Great source of XP when you level up your friend rankings. (Send gifts daily). You can trade Pokémon with friends nearby and have a chance for Lucky Pokémon. Lucky Pokémon are guaranteed 3 star and take less stardust to level up.
