I've been using this for years. It is easy, healthy, inexpensive and tastes great. 1 bananna 1 cup vanilla yogurt (low fat) 2 tablespoons PB (natural) 1 or 2 scoops vanilla protein 4 ice cubes. put in the blender and its done in 1 minute. you get some carbs, calcium, plenty of protein and some essential fat. let me know what you guys think..and please share some recipes.
