True. At least it was in Cali where they have such stringent gun laws. Hopefully all the officers will make a full recovery.
I suspect assault weapons.
Probably an illegal weapon, in the hands of a prohibited possesor
I'm sure he was using this.
If it turns out to be an 'assault weapon', I'm going to call BS, because Cali is all anti=AW, to some extent anyways.
All 4 died.
wow, that's terrible...
That's terrible news.
well lets just see how trumped up this shit gets.
It is still not consistent between 4 dead or 3 dead, 1 very critical. Here is an update from another forum:
Also, fuck every one of you that is only pissed that it may come out that the suspect was using a "assault weapon" as if that is the only thing that is important. Three officers are dead, possibly four when it is all said and done, and all you care about is what kind of gun the suspect used. Jesus fucking Christ, grow the fuck up.
LA Times is saying the fourth is still alive, I hope thats true and that he pulls through.
That's really shitty.
This is another example of how rehabilitating criminals doesn't work, if that POS was behind bars, 4 officers and their families would probably be sleeping soundly tonight.
Another failure of the justice system. On good thing to come of this: the perp finally got his ultimate sentence. Too bad four cops had to pay the price.
Umm... WTF do you think you're doing? Take down my avatar
The silver lining is that this took place in a state with some of the most strict gun control laws.
Gun control works guys!
Dude, I've had this av since I joined, which was long before you changed yours to it. You take down my av.
We need stricter gun laws so that these kind of things don't happen again.
Enter modern day England, where every time something like this happens, they scamper to pass even tighter gun laws... then it happens again, and then again...
just heard on the news one of them was declared brain dead
yeah, the last of the 4 passed last night....
The shooter's family is saying "He wasn't a monster... he was just didn't want to go back to jail." Oh, well, that makes it alright then.
Don't want to go to jail? Here's some wisdom in the words of Jim Carey from Liar Liar... "STOP BREAKIN' THE LAW ASSHOLE!"
RIP. This is really sad news.
Hopefully the Brady bunch doesn't try to exploit this like they do most tragedies.
