Ok well after spending years of not caring, i finaly give a fuck again haha! after my knee problems in HS, and multiple surgeries i am going to drop some weight! Current stats (i will take pics but dont wana post yet still emberassed haha ) 6'3" 333lbs My goal is 250 or so (never been a small guy, have 58-60" shoulders depending on who makes the jacket haha) anyway plan for the diet Massive amounts of chicken, vegies for 1 meal, a whey protien shake for breakfeast, are my plans for the diet, including 4 meals aday. lastly, 24 hr fitness is my friend, and i will spend most days after work in the gym any input would be nice, i have ordered a pile of supplements, (nothin too fancy, just the general liver support, dietary fiber, omega3's and a few others.) I will post in here 3x pr week, just to post progress, and lets see how it goes.
