I am 5'6", 145lbs. BF is about 9%. I've NEVER had a sixpack (well maybe when I was 6 or 7, but that's it). I will be 17 soon, but anyways: Wrestling season starts in October, so I have a good amount of time to get to where I want to be, I think. I want to be somewhere like Crunge is right now. Like I said, I've never had a sixpack, so I think I will give another go at cutting starting tomorrow. It's not only my stomach that has fat, but my tris, chest, back, lowerback, etc. YOu get the idea, everywhere. My question is, does this sound right? Cut to where I look...skinny and then clean bulk?
