in the brag complain thread I asked that question, because I was curiuos if people take stims while on it. i believe it was DTR that suggested not to. he has experiance with an ec stack.

If you're worried about it, see if you can lower your caffeine intake in the E/C stack by the amount you're taking in Jack3d. Jack3d does some some additional stims as well. Also, it's going to depend somewhat on how well your body reacts to caffeine and when you're taking it. I think its about time we have an EC stack sticky. Since the question is asked at about a rate of 1 out of every 5 new threads.

You don't really hear about E/C on here sept - Feb and then once spring begins it's discussed in every other thread, lol.
Maybe we should also start a diet and routine sticky too, because it will stop people from asking those questions every day as well. Oh wait...

Can your body only take so much caffeine at once to where the rest goes to waste?
Caffeine shouldn't really "go to waste".
Caffeine increases alertness, stimulates you, and creates a mild thermogenic effect. How much you need to reach that point is extremely dependent upon the individual. But caffeine consumption can reach a point where it does more harm then good by increasing blood pressure, gastrointestinal problems, and anxiety problems.
I always say that someone should never aim to consume more than 200mg per sitting.
