FIT Okay whats the best workout for me? ..lovehandles

I'm not overweight by any means (5'-4" // 125#) but I have minor love handles. I started running a lot but not really sure that it's done anything. I'm guessing i need to start hitting the gym and do some machines?

..clearly I dont work out lol

Do HIIT (any form of cardio, but alternate sprints with low intensity)
Pick a weightlifting program.
Read the nutrition EDU and eat less than your maintenance calories.

I ran my first half marathon last month and have a couple more set for this summer. keeps me running.

I never lifted in my life. I think i did it like 3 times in hs cause of soccer.
