walking up walls
nice links, so what are the specs on the inch bell? I know Kaz lifted it but I have never really seen much else about it.
well the replicas that exist today are 173 lbs and have a 2.4 inch thick handle that is only 4 inches between the globes.
most people consider Thomas Inch who it is named after to be a fruad now.
strange...I have often wondered about the validity of some of the lifts that old school strongmen had. Like goerner's 723 pound one handed deadlift? Is that human? Or some of the bending that the circus strongmen did, it would have been in the best interest of everyone involved to hype the accomplishments of these guys....

yup i've seen the video of that too.
What makes the inch thing so hard besides the weight?
the thick handle, its alot thicker then a normall barbelll
they are 70 years old too.
Much like your body, lifts and existence.
I DLed 308 the first time I ever walked into a gym, and i was a 6'2 150 sack of shit
