I may be getting an older ibm a30, i looked at the original options and it says:
    # Modem with 56 K V.90 technology (V.92 capable), 10/100 Ethernet, 802.11b wireless LAN, Bluetooth wireless PAN,and 8x DVD, 24x CD drive, or DVD/CDRW combo drive. (Options depending on model)

Now my question is, can i buy a mini pci wifi g card and install it and be able to use wireless g instead of the b? Is it dependant upon the card i install or something else? Excuse my noobness, dont know a whole lot about this, thanks
