I miss beer.
I remember we had a thread on this a LONG time ago that had tons of good information in it. I'm looking around to buy some fish oil right now and I want to review the dosage before I buy.
One thing that I've never quite understood is how our bodies evolved to need so much of it. It doesn't seem to be in a lot of foods and it's not like all of our ancestors lived in coastal areas and feasted on fish daily. Guess that's why I'm not a sciencetician.

also, nature's bounty has double strength with more EPA/DHA per serving
Fish aren't the only source of it. Wild animals have a higher % of n-3 than domesticated livestock.
Hey since we're on the subject, I've always wondered...
what do you think the omega oil content of penguin meat would be? They eat fatty fish like sardines and mackeral all day...

When I can legitimately train again, I'm going to be doubling my fish oil up to about 15g/day. Should be fun.
