What exactly did you do?
i started out with biking. i hate treadmills and elipticals
i did hiit for about 2 months, 3 times a week
that shit is so hard but effective
i started out at 160 at the end of lacrosse season hoping to shred some extra pounds. i was down to 145 by the time i ended.

I really need to stop drinking and do more cardio

I remember when I hit the gym the first time a few years ago... the first month of training, I could barely move... it's a damn good feeling.
What can I say. I went on a lot of previously unplanned camping trips/vacations with friends and my diet went to shit
I still dropped 28lbs in 4 monthes and put on a lot of muscle
edit: I'm hoping now that classes start and I wont be going out as much that I will be able to keep a strict routine

i did HIIT sprints the other day (30 sec 100% sprint, 30 sec break)

I've been running 3 miles a day for the past month and today did HIIT for the first time. I'll tell ya, the prep from running for a month made it a lot easier than I expected. I did a cycle of sprint 100% for 1/10 of a mile, jog 75% 2/10 of a mile. I kept alternating for 3 miles. I was exhausted afterward
I've been stretching every couple of hours since b/c I keep feeling like I'm tensing up. I can't wait to feel how tight I'm going to be tomorrow.
I think I'm going to alternate just running 3 miles one day and doing 3 miles of HIIT like I did today the next. On days I just run I'll do weights as well.
eh not a fan of hiit anymore. Yes i pushed myself and everything but i wasn't seeing any results from it compared to fasted steady state cardio in the morning. droped more fat doing that then i did with HIIT
I like the rowing machine personally. i just got my 1000m under 4 mins on difficulty 10 a few weeks ago.
HIIT was a major part of me losing 80 pounds.
