search "loophole" if you don't see it on the right.
CA made the laws. Don't get pissed when someone complys with them (such as with the bullet button).
fuck we need the supreme court to rule favorably.
fuck Iggy Chin
can't even keep from shooting his own desk, much less follow california laws and enforce them properly
And what a load of BS on the title of the piece. If the gun is configured properly with California law, then it's obviously not an illegal rifle.
Rofl, there is NO gun manufacturer that I am aware of that is shipping SB-23 compliant AR/AK pattern weapons into California.
And yah, FUCK Iggy. Mother fucker should go shoot up another desk.
I really, really need to get another job and save up so I can afford one
Once again the idiotic media to the rescue!!!
Wait, so illegal assault rifles are coming into California...but they comply with all state laws? That's some quality journalism right there
I'm torn between taking the time to write something to them regarding this load of bull shit, and knowing it'd be a huge waste of time, as it certainly wouldn't spark any investigation or further thought on their part.
It really upsets me though.
That's often my dilemma as well.
if they want to make stupid laws (Sb-23 & roberti-roos) we can think of ways to abide by them
I'm halfway tempted to write to them on their "suggest an interesting story" query about investigating the inadequacies of iggy chin, why he no longer works for the doj, and why they would ever allow him to work in the first place.
wasn't he TOLD not to list them?
sounds like what she would do given the opportunity
Yah, after he PERSONALLY caused probably upwards of 20,000 OLLs to come into the state
jesus christ, what a skewed piece of fucked up journalism that is.
ITS NOT ILLEGAL TO OWN AR15's IN CALIFORNIA
That's one of the worst piece of news reporting I've seen...
I fucking hate my state
Join the club...
But seriously "loophole" != modifying your rifle to comply with the law. That's like saying adding US parts to a high-cap AK/WASR to comply with 922(r) is a using a loophole. If they didn't want AR-15's in the state, they should have made the laws so you can't have an AR-15 in the state. How hard could it be?
like the gunshow loophole
what's also interesting is that the high cap mag law does not restrict buying them
