I just cant afford it anymore during this time of season drinking 4 protein shakes a day. It is costly me only 40 bucks a week, but during college and my off season of work, 160 bucks a month is to much. I have a hard time gaining weight, im 6'2" 175 lbs. The cytogainer is helping, but i just cant afford it anymore. What is the best on the go snack to help aid in weight gain and nutritional value? I will drink protein shakes, just can afford 3 scoops 4 times a day. Also what is the best protein for its price, so i can switch up and save some money?
