http://www.twohundredsquats.com/index.html http://www.hundredpushups.com/ My motivation for strength training is Brasilian Jiu Jitsu/boxing. I dead lift, also (using weight). I have access to and outdoor gym, but it only has pull ups and a couple of barbells for squats/deads/military. There are no racks for the barbells, and the weights are made of cement and CANNOT be dropped. They MUST BE set down lightly. This means I can only squat whatever I can clean/jerk, and then put on the ground without dropping the weight. I imagine I can squat more than I can clean/jerk onto my shoulders. The bench is made out of cement, and has no rack, meaning you NEED at least 1 spotter, 2 if the weight is heavy, so Id rather just avoid that all together. Thoughts?
