MENU FOR WEEK ENDING: 5/20/07 5/14 MONDAY Kielbasa and sauerkraut with “Loaded fries” – crispy fries layered with sautéed peppers, onions, mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses. 5/15 TUESDAY Penne pasta with beef ragout. Served with Caesar salad. 5/16 WEDNESDAY Mexican baked chicken with citrus slaw. 5/17 THURSDAY Egg roll selection of shrimp, pork and vegetable and just vegetable with assorted dipping sauces. Served with an Asian pear, watercress and rice salad with sesame dressing. 5/18 FRIDAY Sloppy Joes with crispy onion rings. Yes at the corporate office I work at, they serve lunch everyday. We have a full-time hired chef who cooks for us.
