So I was supposed to have a fight in September last year and there was no one my weight to fight, so I kind of felt like I over trained and burnt out myself for nothing. Just after that I injured my IT Band really bad, causing a huge amount of pain in my left hip and knee. I decided to take it as an opportunity to stop working out and start eating anything in site. Fast forward 4 - 5 months, My hip and knee are still in a lot of pain, but I am just going to ease back into the gym and see if i can work around it. this morning I weighed in at 163 pounds and 15% body fat. Goal: 155 pounds and 9% body fat. I was at 148pounds and 10%, so this shouldn't be too unrealistic.
