Nitric Oxide suppliments lets see ill give a little background on myself if it will help lifting for about 3-4 years (2 of which were actually serious) -in the past 10 months I've lost 20+ lbs of fat (which prolly isnt the greatest amt of loss, but I'm happy that ive been losing) and gained a couple lbs of muscle (according to fittogether.net - I use this to "track" progress) my goal ultimately is to get into tip top shape so I can pass the Marine Corps OCS PT reqs (Im applying to goto officer school next year). but at the same time, I'm tired of having a belly and would like a little added boost. and yes, proper nutrition is key. My daily intake is typically 60% protien, 20% carbs, 20% fat (sometimes more protien and less carbs) @ ~2000 Cal/day. ok, so long post, sorry. Cliffs: main question is regards to supp's listed - would like user opinions.
