I'm 3 weeks out from hitting my sub 10% bf goal. My arms, chest,shoulders and back are looking nice and defined. I'm starting to see striations even. The upper half of my abs are visible when not flexing and i can see my serratus. However the thing that's buggin me is the pouch of fat on my lower abs. I really don't know if it's loose skin or not. I can pinch it with my 2 fingers but there's not alot of "stuff" in between the skin, if you know what I mean. If it turns out to be loose skin, what can I use to tighten it up?
