OT homeowner crew. What is this pipe coming out of the ground on the side of my house?

I was clearing out bushes and the cap was laying next to the pipe and the pipe is filled with dirt.

That's the weird thing. It's next to nothing. The red line is water coming into the basement from under the slab. Green is where sewer goes into the slab. Yellow is where the pipe is and orange is the kitchen.

That is a possibility as based on its location it seems unlikely to clog naturally. I have not noticed any others around the house and the rest of the perimeter is not obstructed by vegetation.

Lol it was open when I noticed it yesterday. It does appear to be wood chips inside of there.

It's just to the left of the two bush stumps.
