Do I need someone with a measuring tape next to me to tell me how high I jump?
el oh el
hint: use a wall
set up a measuring tape (a real peice of tape preferred) with the numbers on there. with your arm extended, get the measurement. record the measurement. from there, take a leap and touch the tape on the wall and see where it lands, record the measurement. then take the vertical leap measurement and subtract it by the arm extended measurement!
Yeah, well I decided to use paint from my mother's collection and I did the same by applying some to the tip of my finger.
What am I looking at?
I personally don't like them, I need something to shoot for
