OT, I am on a very strict diet and in the last 8 months, i went from 165lbs to 125lbs.. however, i don't feel like i look like it. I went from having a beer belly, to this is me, last week. My 5 day routine is: Monday - Chest Tuesday - Back Wed. - legs Thursday - Arms Friday - shoulders Sat & Sun - Off / Rest At the end of every workout, i usually do pushups / plank and leg / knee rises to help my core but nothing much after that. I was told that crunches won't help me much, is this true? What can i do to reduce the fat around my lower belly / spare tire. Anything i can do for abs?
