I'm 5'10" and weight 202lbs, I want to drop 10 to 15 lbs of fat in order to have a well defined 6-pack. Currently I'm lifting 4 times a week(Mon, Tue, Thur, & Fri). For Cardio I plan on mixing HIIT with jogging. Monday 3.1 miles in 30 minutes Tuesday HIIT(sprint/jog 30 sec each for a total of 5 minutes) Thursday 4 miles in 40 minutes Friday HIIT 5 minutes Is this a good Cardio workout, or is there a more effective way for cutting down the fat. Also I started eating cleaner along with cutting calories. I plan on running faster as I improve my running.
