I am 6'2", 210 lbs. I don't really have a regular routine, but started going to the gym again regularly a few months ago, at least every other day (usually 4-5x a week). I mainly focus on benching, incline press, shoulder press, and pullups. I need to get my shoulders bigger though as my arms and chest are decent size but my shoulders are comparatively kinda small. Help me OT.
