my current process is reducing fat/gaining muscle mass. not trying to cut or bulk, pretty much getting shaped up. im 200lb -+, 5'7" and currently take 2 servings of ON whey with milk. i would like to know what other supplements can i take to achieve my goal? (look better, gain muscle, reduce fat) ive heard fish oil but not too clear what that does. whats something i can take before the workout?
