Oven crew, need a new baking sheet

I would like to roast potatoes and bake chicken primarily.

I perviously used a piece of shit from IKEA that warped under the heat.

I have some of the heavier OXO pans and they still warp a bit under higher heat. I've never actually had one that doesn't warp even a little bit. :dunno:

restaurant supply store and replace often is what I do for everything from nonstick omelette pans to sheet pans

got some of these for christmas and they're decent as well but the version I got were nonstick/anodized which I'm not a huge fan of generally


seconding this. i have the regular nordic ware ones (not non-stick), and i love them. i use parchment for pretty much everything, though.

As posted above, I use Nordic Ware half sheets. Zero complaints after a couple years of use.

If I’m baking something like cookies, I use amazonbasics silicone mats.

My only complaint about the Nordic wares so far is they they trap water under the rim, but that is what it is. Used it again tonight and it has moved up the pan hierarchy in my kitchen
